*Please note, that dogs are allowed on the property with an additional pet fee. Final booking price does not reflect pet fee. Spectrum Rental Properties must be contacted directly to add this fee onto your booking. Pet fees are: $100+tax for one and $200+tax for two. All pet fees are non-refundable.
