The main floor features an open living and dining area, a kitchen with vintage charm, and two bedrooms with a full bathroom. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms and another bathroom provide space for family and guests. The first floor includes two more bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a bonus living area, perfect for lounging or games.

Outside, enjoy the spacious oceanfront deck with direct access to the beach—just steps from the sand. Relax in the salty breeze or take in the stunning sunset views.

Located in the heart of Atlantic Beach, this home is just minutes from local shops, dining, and attractions. Whether you’re enjoying the beach or exploring the area, this coastal gem offers the perfect retreat for a memorable getaway.

***GUEST ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PARK ON THE STREET. GUEST HAVE ACCESS TO THE GARAGE THAT CAN COMFORTABLY FIT 3 MID SIZE VEHICLES***

BED CONFIGURATIONS:
3 King Beds, 3 Queen Beds, 6 Twin Beds

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests' responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax nonrefundable pet fee per dog, with a 3-dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

OTHER NOTES:
-No smoking
-Fireplace is for decoration only
-Guest must walk over dune for beach access from property
-Guests cannot park on the street.

Family beach week

This house was just perfect for an extended family getaway. There was plenty of room for everyone and lots of little sitting areas. We had an infant and there were baby gates on the steps, which was great. We left the location and everything about it.!

Quick Nice Weekend getaway

The house has the best charm on the beach. Loved all of it. It accommodated all 14 of us. The kids enjoyed all the beach toys that are there for guest to us. Honestly I think we might have left 2 boogie boards in the mix of all the other ones. Sorry on our part. The convenience of the circle being there was an easy walk for us to get out an adventure around. We would definitely rent this house again.
