Enjoyed our short stay at Villa Hermosa.The gardens, pool area are immaculate and you can tell they are all well cared for. Walkable to downtown and a plethora of bars and restaurants to choose from.The Villa was excellent, everything was spotless, and clean. Alll the furniture and accessories appeared to be new and in great condition.Nice comfy bed, copious amounts of not water.Felt like home from home. Our host communication was first class. Will certainly return and highly recommend .

Palm Springs getaway

Love, love, love the complex. Easy to walk to all restaurants and shops in Palm Springs. Pool and spa are great! We had the pool area to ourselves most of the time.Quiet and peaceful.Nice bed, fully stocked kitchen, nice linens.Second half bath makes it unique in the complex and a nice benefit.We will definitely return and stay there again.

Fabulous condo

We loved the location of this condo and it was extremely clean. The furnishing and decor were great. The new king bed was comfy. The complex was quiet and my husband loved the pool. We enjoyed both the front and back patios for drinks. Brian was easy to communicate with and check in was a breeze. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again on a future trip to Palm Springs.

Wonderful

It was quite special to stay in an Albert Frey designed residential hotel. Fine location - quiet yet lively, good neighborhood walks, a lovely old church just across the street. Owner Brian was thorough and quick to respond at all times. A large, comfortable place well worth the price. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Great place to stay - just a mile up from the heart of the downtown, it was great to be out of the fray but still walkable to the action. Had an issue with the showerhead, but the owner had it taken care of within just a couple hours. Can't beat that. Excellent communication and great stay.

Lovely Albert Frey designed complex

Well appointed condo in a beautiful complex. Kitchen had all the necessaries for home cooking and the entertainment system worked easily. The grounds were well maintained and the pool was perfect. Located conveniently in the Little Tuscany area, everything was a walk or short drive away. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Brian.

Diamond in PS Desert!

We're from MN, retired, planning our first trip to PS and found this new listing after referencing a CA travel book about places to visit and restaurants (we're foodies) to experience. Location X3 for walk-ability to Palm Canyon Rd for eateries, historic homes & buildings AND we were there by chance during "Modernism Week" special events too! Communication was prompt and friendly with the owner and Mgmt Co. The unit is comfortable and well appointed for a long stay. The complex is quiet, just off the main road and was designed by a "MW" featured architect! We walked several miles each day exploring the surrounding neighborhoods and the Native American Trails recommended at the Visitor Center. Don't pass up the Tramway even if you aren't interested in snow- the views of surrounding towns and the windmill farm are incredible! We also managed to squeeze in a little golf, a trip to Joshua Tree NP and try a Date (from the Coachella Valley) Shake- a very tasty treat. You won't be disappointed with the convenience of this desert diamond-even our guests loved the location!!
