When checking out, please be sure to check all drawers/closets for any personal items. Shipping items back to you will incur a minimum $35 fee.

Nice 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Having the linens and towels were very helpful not having to bring. The place was very clean and easy to access. Perfect for a couple to get away.

Exactly what I needed! Was doing a reset from work and just wanted to relax, hear and see the waves, read a book etc. it was all of that! I had a great view, clean and cozy accommodations and close to anything you need! If dogs were allowed I would frequent this place but I can’t always leave them

This is a great little condo. It's fairly small, but uses the space effectively. The apartment was very clean, and came with everything you needed. The bed was comfortable, with a decent sized bedroom. The living room is the selling point, with a nice balcony and beautiful, unobstructed view of the beach and ocean.The location is great- you're 15 feet from an entrance to the beach. The building is set back on a quiet side road, which makes walking around nice, and there are a handful of restaurants and shops within a couple blocks' walk, so we didn't use the car once over four days.One request for the owner: please get some black out curtains for the bedroom! The bedroom faces the outdoor hallway, which is brightly lit 24/7. Without black out curtains, the bedroom is really light at night. It made it hard to sleep.

What a great location & sweet condo!! When we arrived we had one question & Jack was very responsive!! We were so lucky to see dolphins daily from our balcony & each evening as well!! Would totally go back!!

Perfect ocean front condo down falls were no out door shower but the kids loved the beach being right out our door plus the added washer and dryer made beach life easy for a mom. It was a perfect location for what we needed
