Welcome to Field of Fennville

This ranch-style vacation home is nestled in a five acre tranquil location on Lakeshore drive in Fennville. Beautiful home, a fabulous location, and wonderful peaceful landscaping.

INSIDE THE HOME
Walk into this vacation rental and feel right at home. The cozy living room features a gas fireplace making it the perfect spot to end a cold day. The kitchen greets you with an open space perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is stocked with the basics to make that home cooked meal. The dining room is filled with natural light overlooking the backyard and is the perfect spot to view wildlife activity. Down the hall find the three bedrooms, at the very end of the hall is a full size bath with a stand alone shower. In the primary bedroom is an ensuite with a shower/tub combo. Each bedroom has great space to spread out. This home is ready for memories to be made in during your next vacation.

OUTSIDE THE HOME
The outdoor space could not get any better. Peaceful private 5 acres the provides plenty of room to explore. The patio in the front of the home is a great spot to look at the evening stars while overlooking Lakeshore Drive, fields of wild grass, and beautiful trees. The space inside and outside of the home could not get any better.

THE LOCATION
A major bonus to the property is that there is Lake Michigan beach access a mile away and another location point two miles away. That is not all! This home is located half way between Saugatuck and South Haven, so you can get the best of both worlds.

Check in was very easy with the details provided. The kitchen was clean and had all the cooking utensils needed for meals. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Thank you for the Fields of Fennville. We had a great time visiting the near-by beaches and towns!

Beautiful location

The location and property were beautiful! Enjoyed visiting the beach and all the lovely fall colors. We will definitely be staying there in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at Fields of Fennville! The house is adorable and the property is beautiful. A warning that cell phone and internet service in the whole area is remote! A small price to pay for the beauty of it.

Cute and Quiet Retreat

We had a girls weekend getaway and had a wonderful time staying here. It was cozy and clean. We loved that the property was surrounded by woods and was very quiet and relaxing. We even saw deer in the morning while were having breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely house and property. Very comfortable, relaxing, and peaceful. Plenty of windows and great views all around. Very clean and welcoming. The filtered water cooler was very much appreciated.

Good Fit for Girlfriends' Get-Away

The home is very welcoming and comfortable, with plenty of seating and sleeping area. It's bright, airy, and clean--much appreciated by my friends and me for our annual girlfriends' retreat. Wish the wifi / connectivity were stronger (a couple of us were not able to get laptop work done) for ease of movie-watching and grid access.

Weekend getaway!

The property itself was clean up on arrival. Check.in was efficient and simple. Enjoyed all the flowers and wildlife on the property. Convenient to alot of things, lots of restaurants to choose from. Mngmnt Co was very efficient to responding to any questions. Lots of wineries and breweries...we spent time in Saugatuck and South Haven as well as Fennville . I would stay at this property again if given the opportunity. Had a great time. 😀

Property, house & amenities were all amazing. Would definitely stay again. The only thing we noticed, the sliding glass door was unlocked and there was a basement and all the lights were on down there and the door from the basement to the outside was unlocked as well. And alot of the owners personal belongings were in the home. Which some items like books and games add a nice touch But these items included a basket in the closet which had a pregnancy test, a drug test, some make up and some DVD's of someone's 85th birthday, lol. Even with all the personal items and unlocked doors, we would definitely stay again.

Property as advertised. Pretty outdoor setting with wood deck. Easy drive to Saugatuck/Douglas. Property is clean and adequately stocked. Wifi connection is slow and weak so don't plan to spend time on your computer while you are there. Interior could use some updating. I had to consult with property manager about TV use. On site instructions would have been useful.

Great place with dogs

Beautiful setting on 5 acres with nice patio to enjo y the cool breezes and watch the dogs explore. The flowers everywhere are beautiful with all the bumble bees and hummingbirds! Ample room for 4 adults, 2 dogs. Deer and rabbits everywhere. Cutely decorated with everything you need only a 10 minute ride to Saugatuck up Blue Star Highway. Beds were comfy, slept like a log every night. Bathrooms are a little dated but nice having 2. Dish cable was great, not that we watched it much. Only issue I would mention is the smell of sulfur every time you turn on any water. Well water but they provided bottled water and we brought our own anyways. It didn’t ruin anything for us but I guess that’s part of having a well. Agent responded quickly when we asked about it. We would definitely stay here again with our dogs. Thank you for having us.

Great location - Perfect for dogs

The location just south of Saugatuck and north of South Haven was perfect to visit many of the sites in the entire region. The property itself was perfect for our dogs because they made trails in the woods and the fields. There were so many rabbits, squirrels, and deer that our dogs were using their hunting skills to follow. But it was also in a quiet area so the fireworks for the weekend were far enough away to not hurt our dogs' ears. One thing I would say about the area was that the phone service was weak. The house had a WiFi hotspot that wasn't good at all. We had difficulty getting service to look up our next day's adventures. Thankfully they provided pamphlets so that we were able to look at things and plan. Then when we would get to a restaurant, we would get directions to the next place. The house had everything we needed, but I would suggest leaving the garage remote. Which I know would be forgotten by someone. We used the garage to load and unload our dogs so that we didn't have to worry about them chasing the numerous animals that were visiting the house.
