Choose to sit at the Island or the Dining Table. With the Proximity of the Kitchen to the Dining area, Serving & Cleanup are Simple & Easy. The Serving Dishes match the Nautical Theme of the home. A Large Walk-In Pantry will easily store all your ingredients for the delicious meals to come. Whether caught or bought, add a little Sizzle to your Seafood Dinners using the Large Gas Grill in the Backyard. Dine Al Fresco at the Picnic Table on the Screen Porch in the Back. This Cottage sleeps 6 in 3 Bedrooms. The Primary, #1, with King has a Large EnSuite with a Double Vanity & a Large Glass Shower with a Rain Shower head. Can’t you just feel the relaxation already? This Bedroom has a Large Screen TV, a Walk-In Closet with Shelving & Dressers to Unpack. There is a Private Entrance to the Back Screen Porch. With the Glass Doors & Privacy Window above the Bed, this room is full of Natural Light. Bedroom #2 has a Queen & Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds. Both these Bedrooms have Custom Closets with both Shelving & Hanging Space. There is a Shared Hall Bath with a Tub/Shower Combination. With the Large Laundry/Mud Room, you can rinse off the Sand & Salt of the Fun of the Day in the Outdoor Shower (Hot & Cold Water), & then toss your swimsuits & towels right into the Full-Sized Washer/Dryer, so they’ll be ready for the next day.



The Back Screen Porch overlooks the Hot Tub on the Back Deck & a Beautifully Landscaped Backyard. Fill the Bird Feeders, relax in the Shaded Bench Swing & enjoy the Fun Yard Art between the day’s activities & dinner. The Screened Porch has a Picnic Table great for not only dining Al Fresco but playing games. Also in the Porch is a seating area with a Love Seat & 2 Chairs. Pet Policy:

We’re happy to host dogs! Depending on the booking platform, the pet fee may not be included in your total and will be requested separately. A non-refundable $200 pet fee (up to 2 dogs, 80 lbs combined) is required and must be paid before check-in—access details will be sent once completed.

Maximum of 2 dogs. Unregistered pets will incur a $200 pet fee plus a $500 remediation fee.

Dogs must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick prevention. No dogs on furniture or beds (additional cleaning fees may apply). Please bring a crate if needed; there is not one at the property.

Strictly no cats allowed.

**The CDC advises Children under the age of 5 are not allowed in the hot tub. Anyone under 16 must have adult supervision (21yrs or over) at all times when in or around the hot tub)**
