Minutes to the Embarcadero, Morro Rock and all the activities this gorgeous bay has to offer. Go kayaking, paddle-boarding, antiquing, hiking or stroll the boardwalk all the way to Morro Rock. Stop and grab a bite to eat at many of the restaurants from casual to classy and everything in between!

The space
Unlike others we have NO hidden fees!

Our "Mid Ship" unit is located in the center of the building and accommodates 2. There is a queen bed, a dining area, couch, a full bathroom and a small food prep area (small fridge/freezer, microwave, sink, coffee maker, & dishes/utensils for 2). You can see the bay and the ocean out of the windows.

At 500 square feet, this spacious room has plenty of room for you to enjoy your getaway.

Our 3 unit building is located on a bluff overlooking the Embarcadero, bay and ocean - all units are on the 2nd floor - Our "Captains Quarters" is the largest at 980 square feet and will accommodate 4 comfortably - (2 couples or a family). Our "Aft" and "Mid Ship" units are 500 square feet and will accommodate 2 comfortably. Each has their own private entrance accessed by a shared set of stairs. You'll be within walking distance to all the action, yet located in a quiet neighborhood.
Guest access
At 500 square feet, this spacious room has plenty of room for you to enjoy your getaway. Equipped with a small food prep area that includes a microwave, mini-fridge/freezer, sink and coffee maker.

Each unit is unique and has plenty of space for you to enjoy - you will have access to it in its entirety. You will share stairs with the other 2 units.

Each guest suite has individual seating areas on the common balcony overlooking the bay and ocean.

I wish we didn't have to specify this, but please don't sneak in your children, your pets, additional guests (not included in your reservation).

No unannounced guests or third party bookings.

Morro Bay at your Fingertips!

Cute and well-appointed apartment style unit within walking distance to everything! Great communication with property owner. Up some steps, if that matters. Loved hearing the sounds of the bay all day and night. We left all windows open 24-7 and the sounds of the breeze, water and seals were so very peaceful.
