About this property

Beautiful 3 Bedroom Lakefront Home

We have a beautifully, fully furnished Lake House for rent. You will be able to relax and enjoy the Beautiful North Lake year round at our lakefront home. Your family can make plenty of memories as they can go boating, fishing, kayaking, take the paddle boat out or a peaceful canoe trip around the lake. You can cook on the deck and make memories around a campfire at night. You can take walks around the lake or just sit and take in the views of the lake.
The space
This 3 bedroom, 1-1/2 bathroom may be the place for you. Featuring a spacious living room, elegant dining room with a gas fireplace, cozy sunroom, cheerful kitchen, 3 very nice bedrooms and a full bathroom along with a powder room. There is a full laundry room for your convenience. The sunroom has plenty of windows so you can sit and enjoy the wonderful views of North Lake in Sweet Valley, PA. The home also features a large outside patio/deck to relax on and enjoy boating, fishing, kayaking, or a quiet trip around the lake in a paddle boat. We provide all the bedding, linens and essentials ready for your stay. All you have to do is show up and relax and leave it all when you leave.
Guest access
There is a small rental attached to the home but you have a large yard, deck, a campfire area and plenty of room around the house. You can barbeque on the grille and enjoy eating on the deck while you relax taking in the lake views. We will be adding more landscaping, a hot tub and a new boat dock in the near future.
Other things to note
This is a double home that has a small rental attached to the one side of the house. There is only one person living there and she does have a small dog. The entrances are separate and each side has plenty of space to use on their own.

comfortable weekend stay

Our family had a great weekend at David's lakefront home. Everyone had fun fishing in the lake. We had plans for a fire but it stormed both nights we were there..maybe next time. Ricketts Glen Falls trail was the highlight of our trip and was absolutely amazing. We would love to stay again.

Great place to spend time with family

The property and location was perfect for reconnecting with our teenagers before them going back to school! Really enjoyed hanging with them by the fire pit as well as kayaking with them in the lake. We also enjoyed a day hiking the falls at Ricketts Glen. Community was quiet. A really relaxing trip which we all very much needed. Hope to visit again!

Gorgeous lake property

We stayed here a week in late August to celebrate some family time before the kids went back to school. Everything was just perfect. Even when the weather wasn’t cooperating we found plenty to do around the house and in Sweet Valley. When the weather cooperated, we were able to hike and swim and fish in many of the surrounding lakes and parks. Highly recommend.
