In terms of fun and adventure ....Lake Rousseau is less then 10 miles away & offers fishing docks & public boat ramps. Ramps allow access to either the Lake which connects to the Withlacoochee & Rainbow Rivers or the Gulf of Mexico via the Barge Canal. Enjoy the quant Downtown Crystal River less then 10 minutes away known as "The Home of the Manatee " with shopping and Dining. Just right down the road from the water, manatees, kayaking, paddle boarding, air boats, fishing and unlimited adventure!! You have Rainbow Springs of Dunnellon right up the road, Crystal Rivers endless adventures, and Weeki Watchee and the mermaids are just a short drive. Ingles, Homosassa River and Nature Walk are just around the corner as well.

Bedroom #1 has a King size super comfy Temperpedic mattress , with a cute sitting area, large dresser and 65 inch smart Tv. It has its own large bathroom with double sinks, and a walk in shower. It also has a closet to hang your clothes as well. There is a door out to the pool and hot tub for easy changing and entry to the lanai.

Bedroom # 2 is beautifully decorated in a Coastal theme, has a comfortable Queen pillow top Mattress and a 45 inch Roku tv. It also has a large closet, ceiling fan and charging station.

Bedroom #3 has an adorable Americana theme with double full size bunks and a pull out trundle. All beds have very comfortable memory foam mattresses, a 40 in color tv, phone charging stations and a super cool light and star show device for the ceiling. Your kids will love it and the adults will want one too!!

There is a full bath in-between the two bedrooms.

The living room has a huge 75 in smart tv, as well as a high end leather sectional, with lots of recliners . The other recliner unit sits 3 and also lets you sit back and relax!!

The pool is a nice size and recently upgraded to a salt water pool and has brand new heater and pump!! The patio around the pool was recently painted and looks fantastic. If you’d like HEAT added just let us know for a small $20 fee per day we will crank it up! Some like it very warm- just let us know!!

We also have a 3-4 person hot tub, with LED lights. Spend a quiet evening relaxing in the hot tub! The pool is surrounded by fire tiki lighting at night. The driveway and entrance has beautiful LED lighting and is a show stopper when you pull in the driveway!

Lastly, we just finished both out buildings. One is 31 x 12 and the poker house is 15 x 12. They have both been converted to fun hang out spaces equipped with Ac’s, and games.

Bonus Suite #1 is the larger of the two, and has a King bed, with a twin bunk above and a pull out trundle. It also has a large TV, a futon , bucket chair, and a recliner and awesome Foosball game. We also just recently added a full bathroom, with a beautifully tiled shower and a walk in closet. It's now literally your own private getaway!

Bonus Suite #2 has been newly decorated with an 8 person poker and/or reversible game table, a bar and love seat. It also has a cute screened in porch with seating for a cool night time hang out. Lots of fun for kids, teenagers and adults alike. We just finished the outside fireplace/pit area and it turned out fantastic! You will love sitting in this beautiful space watching the fire reflect off the unique blue glass and ambiance of the entire property at night is a sight to see! It's absolutely amazing!

In all, there are 2 King beds, a Queen bed, 2 full size beds, 3 twin bunks and a futon. So we say the house sleeps 15 depending on the amount of adults/kids.

House is equipped with Dish satellite tv and 2 15mbps wifi modems from Century Link. Its not a super fast wifi in this area just fyi, but it is simply a Paradise Retreat that I’m sure you will LOVE!! Get this outstanding house booked now!
