Need room for more than 10? A second townhouse right next door can accommodate up to 10 additional guests when available, allowing a larger group to stay close while enjoying the space and privacy of two separate homes.
ROOM FOR EVERYONE TO SETTLE IN
All three private bedrooms are upstairs. The primary suite features a king bed, Smart TV, and private ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. A second bedroom offers another king bed and Smart TV, while the third bedroom has a queen bed plus a dedicated work desk. The guest bedrooms have access to a full upstairs bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Downstairs, two queen-size futons in the living room can also be used as beds, giving your group additional sleeping flexibility without requiring stairs.
A third full bathroom is located on the main level and features a steam shower included with your stay.
COOK, GATHER & STAY AWHILE
The bright, fully equipped kitchen has the cookware, utensils, modern appliances, and counter space you need for everything from morning coffee to dinner together. Gather around the indoor dining table, or take dinner outside, where the private dining gazebo seats up to 10 guests. Whether your group is making breakfast before a busy day, grilling dinner after exploring Weston, or simply sharing coffee before everyone heads in different directions, having your own kitchen and dining spaces makes group travel easier.
THE BACKYARD MAY BECOME YOUR FAVORITE ROOM
Step into your private fenced backyard and slow things down. Start the morning in the rocking egg chairs, fire up the gas grill for dinner under the gazebo, or gather around the fire table when the evening cools down.
The backyard gives your group another genuine living space—not simply somewhere to step outside.

The home is located in Platte City, giving your group convenient access to Kansas City International Airport (KCI) and historic Weston while providing a quieter place to relax when the day is done.
And if your plans involve an even larger group, there’s another advantage: the neighboring townhouse can also accommodate up to 10 guests when available.
Book both homes and your group can accommodate up to 20 guests right next door to one another, rather than splitting everyone between hotels or rentals across town.

This home accommodates up to 10 guests.
All three private bedrooms are upstairs and require stairs. However, two queen-size futons plus a full bathroom with steam shower are located on the main level, providing both sleeping and bathroom options without needing to go upstairs.
The steam shower is included with your reservation.
The backyard sauna is optional and costs $250 per stay. Sauna access is not included in the standard reservation price.
Exterior security cameras are located near the garage and entry areas for safety and security.
No pets are allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the home, within 25 feet of the home, or in the backyard.
