No cleaning fees!! Bring the whole gang to this great place with lots of room for fun. Newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath, private guest suite LOCATED ON THE LOWER LEVEL OF THE OWNERS HOME. Sleeps 6 and owner also keeps a travel crib in unit. 1800 square foot in total. Private entrance and private patio with stainless steel grill and outdoor seating. Well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and laundry in unit. Located 1 mile from downtown Brevard where you can enjoy biking, hiking, shops, restaurants, breweries, and of course, you’ll be in close proximity to many of Transylvania county’s amazing waterfalls! 25 minutes from the Asheville airport.

Close to downtown

The rental is perfect. It is just as advertised. Nothing is forgotten to make you feel right at home. It is a narrow road up to the home and a steep driveway. You can get into the heart of Brevard (and the college) in 5 minutes. Great restaurants and shops downtown. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.
