What a fantastic year-round location! The shuttle bus to the slopes stops in front of the complex, and in the summer, the bike path is just outside for easy access to the Frisco Marina and more. All the restaurants and shops on Friso’s historic Main Street are within easy strolling distance as well. You and your group will love this place! Windwood Townhome also has access to a shared hot tub so you and the gang can relax after a long day of adventures.

The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome works perfectly for families or groups of up to eight people. The living area is bright and airy with large windows, a floor-to-ceiling stone wood fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. Just outside, the patio overlooks the bike path and creek; there’s also a gas grill and great views of Frisco’s Mount Royal. The kitchen features large quartz counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to whip up meals and snacks for your group. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for two more at the counter.

Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home, and two covered parking spaces. As with all SMR properties, all linens and basic toiletries are supplied, and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also on call 24/7 to ensure your stay is as enjoyable and worry-free as possible.

Wonderful location in Frisco

The condo was exactly as expected. Clean and well maintained. Great location and easy to get to all local ski resorts in less than 30 minutes. Far enough from town to be quiet, but also close enough to get to restaraunts and shopping. The hot tub room is a bit sketchy, but the property itself was perfect for the four of us.

Majestic

We all loved the views from the rental. Easy access to trails and I-70 If the weather would’ve been nicer it’s prob a 20 min walk to the main part of downtown Frisco but the temps were rather chilly so needed to drive. The host left cards and some traditional games to entertain us in the later evenings. A wonderful spring break. Thank you

Great Townhome - Great Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week in Frisco at this lovely townhome. The location was just great with the shuttle to Copper Mountain across the street and a short walk down Frisco Main Street to restaurants and shops. The townhome can accommodate a lot of people if needed and has been updated nicely.
