Welcome to our stunning 3-bedroom home at Balmoral Resort, where you'll enjoy a comfortable and luxurious vacation experience.
This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath vacation home with a private screened-in pool is perfect for those looking for extra space and convenience near all the theme parks. The home features a large loft area upstairs where kids can watch their own movies or play their own video games. The spacious family and kitchen area opens out to a private patio and pool. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, Smart TVs and WiFi is available throughout the house.
The fully-equipped kitchen includes all necessary appliances for preparing meals. The family area with dining table, sofa, armchair and wall mounted Smart TV is perfect for relaxing after a long day at the nearby theme parks or golf courses. The main bedroom features a large walk-in closet and bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms have ample storage space and modern showers.
This pool home is perfect for families seeking maximum comfort and convenience during their Central Florida vacation. Additional fees include a daily resort fee of $25, a $180 cleaning fee, and a temporary credit card hold of up to $500 at check-in. Please note that pool heat is not included, and a mandatory, non-refundable pet fee of $199 will be assessed for reservations with pets
