A fabulous redbrick townhouse built in 1884, located on a quiet residential street with views of the grand canal. Recently modernized and renovated offers high spec living accommodation. Two bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms, an open plan sitting/dining room with a light filled kitchen. Dedicated workspace. Sleeps 6 people, living room has a sofa bed, plus full bathroom downstairs. Location 💚, Location 💚, Location💚! Portobello is an historic neighborhood of Dublin city, only 20-minute walk to Grafton street and St Stephens green. 5-minute walk to the Camden quarter with its abundance of trendy restaurants and pubs. This is our home and not a sterile holiday/Vacation rental, we have furnished and decorated it to a very high standard, you will love this house as much as we do. Strictly no parties, this is a quiet residential street. On street parking is available, please let us know if you will have a car and we will provide you with a parking permit. Overall, we had a great stay. The location is great, however it is a bit of a walk from the main attractions, but it’s nice to be in a quieter, residential area. There are still pubs, restaurants and coffee shops on the main road just a few blocks away.There were very detailed instructions on all the appliances, which was helpful.
Nice property in a good location. Property was as described and owner was great to communicate with. Check ina nd check out was easy. Really enjoyed our stay.

From the initial booking to our departure, our experience was excellent. Paul shared links to what to experience while in Dublin and stayed in fairly regular contact through our departure. Great location, well stocked kitchen, nice laundry facilities, grocery/coffee shops very proximate. Would definitely return again.
This house was by far the best house we stayed in in Ireland and across the UK. Very homey, comfortable and set up well. Great and easy communication with the host. Had some extras for us as well. Definitely recommend.
This was a great place to stay and one that I would recommend to anybody. The description of the rental was accurate and it was very clean. The location was good and just a quick Uber ride to anywhere we wanted to see. We would stay here again the next time in Dublin.
Wow! What a great place!. Stayed here with My wife, 27 year old son and my 85 year old mother in law. All of us thought that it was wonderful. 3 bathrooms! We plan on visiting Dublin again and we would love to stay her again. A great little neighborhood with a couple little grocers close by. Bars with in easy walking distance and a lovely walk by the canal.
We loved it. The location was great with a more "neighborhood" vibe. Everything was well thought out and it was generously appointed with all the comforts of home. We enjoyed the books as well.

This property was absolutely beautiful! A great location right next to the canal in a quiet but very assessable part of the city. We walked almost everywhere:) The natural light was very unique to a Europe location in my experience and Paul had everything we needed. We will definitely rent again when in Dublin.
Paul's place really had all the comforts of home in Europe - we checked in later and were unable to find a grocery store open loved that there was coffee for morning. Well decorated, enough bathrooms, washer/dryer and the heated toilet seats added plus :)! Close to activities in Dublin as well - would definitely recommend and come back! Thank you!
Condo was exactly as advertised. Good safe location with street parking readily available. We had 5 adults in our group and we were all comfortable. Owner provided good information on appliances, nearby restaurants, etc. overall very happy with experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The accommodations were as described and pictured. The three bathrooms, washer/dryer, and kitchen were highlights for us. The location seemed safe and close to a neat neighborhood with food, drink, and stores. Paul gave us great recommendations and was always responsive. We walked to all attractions in Dublin without an issue. I highly recommend this property!
Our stay was excellent. I only wish we could have stayed longer. The location is fantastic. There are some great restaurants, coffee shops, pubs and sights right in the neighborhood. I highly recommend the Brindle Coffee and Wine on Lennox and the Portobello Bar. Communication with Paul was excellent and his instructions and tips are very thourough. The unit itself has everything you could want including the parking permits that allow us to park within 10 meters of the front door. If I stay in Dublin on my next trip I will certainly stay here again.
This property is located outside of the main touristy areas and allows you to feel like a local. It still gives you all the access and ease of walking around Dublin, but feels like a cool neighborhood. The host was super to work with and the property was well represented by the pictures. Light, bright, clean and great layout (and enough bathrooms - a whopping 3). The kitchen was wonderful as well, very well stocked. This felt like a home away from home.
Dublin was our last stop of 4 locations and this townhouse was by far the most welcoming and comfortable place we stayed. Paul was amazing to work with—patient, quick communicator, and a host of very helpful details.
The townhouse had exceptionally comfortable beds and the three full bathrooms were very well appointed. The renovations made by Paul are beautiful, functional and comfortable.

My family and I had a great stay for three days over New Years. We were traveling with my in-laws and my 7 and 4 year old children. The flat was beautiful, spacious, and modern. The showers were the best we had on our European trip and the kitchen was great (even fully stocked with spices). The futon was comfortable (we gave the kids the second bedroom so we could have a place to hang out when they went to bed). We also loved the neighborhood - some great cafes and pubs were walking distance). We would highly recommend for your stay in Dublin.
I can not express enough how amazing this pace is. The update that was done to the flat is beyond amazing. If you rent this flat you will not e disappointed. It is also in a great location, lots in walking distance. On top of it all, the owners of the property and the easiest to work with. They are very very accommodating. Look no further if looking to book in Dublin, trust me this is the place.

Outstanding property! Highly recommend. The home is filled with every amenity you can think of. Unpack and you’re home. Paul communicates effectively and provides all of the details necessary to have a successful stay and vacation. Location great, many pubs and restaurants within walking distance. St. Patrick’s Cathedral, a 20 minute walk where you can get on the Hop On Hop Off bus to see all the attractions and shops. No car needed! Stay here, you will not be disappointed!
