We're sharing our family's loved retreat for Vrbo. "Kingfish" is 1,400 sq ft. Located on a beautiful wide waterfront canal in Punta Gorda, w/ a dock perfect for fishing, or watch the fish w/ our green fish light at night. 2 Queen bedrooms, 2 bath, on-suite, 1 tub, 1 shower, & pull out couch. The layout is extremely open w/ wonderful northern views. Right off of N. Fork Alligator Creek and 10 ymins to Charlotte Harbor by boat. Your boat is welcome! Quiet safe neighborhood, close to downtown! Great canal home, old school Florida feel, dock fishing, 4 fishing poles are available for guests. *New Cosco pack n play located at Kingfish for babies and toddlers. Amazing Sunset Views!!
