Riverbend 110 AWESOME
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the place to be! 50 steps to and from the Snowflake lift just can't be beat! The unit is just right for a couple or small family and it's two doors down from the sauna/hot tub. Can't wait to stay here again!

Snowflake condo
Great condo near Snowflake lift. Well equipped kitchen and bath. Easy access to lockers, gym and spa and 10 minute walk to town. Spacious for two people. Generally quiet, especially weekdays. Saturdays can be noisier. Occasionally hear people walking upstairs or in hall, but not terribly disruptive. If you like sun in morning, this may not be for you. No view, but just go outside and it's gorgeous.

Very comfortable place for relaxing vacation
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed at Riverbend 110 Condo. This was perfect for my husband and me. Everything in this condo was as advertised and they included all supplies for a comfortable stay. The bedroom was separate from the living room so I would call this one bedroom instead of a studio apartment which is a plus.If you plan to use a laundry that is located on the same floor I suggest you bring lots of quarters with you. One wash is $2.00 and dryer is $1.50. I had to go around the city to look for quarters which was inconvenient as they should have the machine in the laundry. (This, however, has nothing to do with the rental company as that is managed by the building)Upon checking in I received a text asking if there are any issues that they may improve which was nice. I suggested they replace the pillows since they are too thin from the use. Also, the condo is very warm regardless of the temperature setting, especially at night. Hope there is a way that they can change that.If you plan to ski, the lift is right next to the building. I suggest you use Lower 4 a clock trail to get back to the condo instead of a snowflake trail since it is much slower. This building has a heated garage and a few doors down from the unit they have a spa room and a small fitness center. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Wonderful stay in Breckenridge
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My two tweens and I spent the week at this Riverbend Condo over the Christmas break and enjoyed the experience. The Condo has been maintained very well and makes use of the available space quite well. Its very well appointed and we had no problems cooking up complete meals in the wonderful kitchen. WiFi is solid and the included Roku TV with ability to stream all your own content ( Netflix / Hulu etc ) was great. Communication / instructions were fantastic. The snowflake lift is literally steps out of the side entrance and there's an easy path from the heated indoor garage to the lift exit in case you dont want to store your gear in the included lockers. The condo is 2 doors away from the Spa / Jacuzzi / Steam room which was again fantastic after a long day on the slopes. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would love to return again.

Comfort and Convenience
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a week-long summer stay (early August.) A short downhill ride/walk to Downtown Breck, this lodge is comfortable and attractive. I could tell it wasn't brand-new, but I don't have problems with that. Everything works, and it feels safe. This is an interior room, so not a great view, but it was quiet (only had a few bumps above, probably from kids playing,) and super-close to Beaver Run, where I attended an all-week mountain biking event. There's a free bus stop within a half-block, and challenging hiking and biking trails just outside the lodge...and better, harder ones all throughout the valley, many just a few miles away.Appliances are clean and work well, bathroom is large and functional. Bed is very comfy, I am NOT a hard bed fan, so this was very nice. There's a closet at entry with a fan and humidifier. Use the included fan to bring in cooler air from the window, but it is a bit noisy so I didn't run it all night. I highly recommend, for those not acclimated to the dry climate, to use the included humidifier. The covered/passcode-protected garage adds peace of mind and isn't difficult to manage, though the keypad-on-a-stick buttons need to be pressed rather hard to register. There's a recycling/trash door in the garage. Took me a while to find that.Staff answered my texts quickly. If one doesn't mind no mountain view, this is a super value for a single or couple.
