Our newly renovated unit is located in the heart of downtown, steps away from dining, shopping and local favorites. Near Arches, Canyonlands National Park & Dead Horse Point State Park and vast wilderness in between and beyond, our space is the perfect location for your adventure's home base! Our layout and location is great for couples, families, friends, business travelers, groups, and all adventurer's seeking what the area has to offer!
The Space: Inside, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms; master bedroom features a king size bed and the second guest room has a twin over twin size bunk bed. The living room sectional pulls out into a queen size bed with plenty of space to spread out making this unit a great option for a small family or group of friends. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.
Another great feature of this unit is its location - just steps from downtown Moab! You'll be within easy walking distance of some of the best restaurants, coffee shops, and entertainment in town. Wake up to fresh coffee from Moab Coffee Roasters across the street or grab a bite to eat at the nearby cafes like Moab Garage Company, Doughbird or the famous Jailhouse Cafe before heading out to explore the stunning natural landscapes that Moab is known for.
Speaking of natural landscapes, this unit is just a 5-minute drive from Arches National Park and only 30 minutes from both Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse Point State Park. The scenic drive to each of these parks is not to be missed.

Loved the location and the rental! Right in downtown Moab and easy access to parks and trails. Plenty of room, very clean and modern. We loved the patio and outdoor dining. Great communication with host. Will definitely recommend to friends!
My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay here. The place was clean and perfectly situated in Moab's downtown area. This place was perfect for our visit and a comfy home to come back to after a long day of hiking!
Very nice place to stay. Was pleasantly surprised and will stay here again when we return. Landscape is very nice, inside is modern, roomy and well appointed. Highly recommend this place. And it you have other couples, there are four units all in a row.
These units are just nice little practical places that meet all your basic needs. Newer everything, clean, and right down town makes it ideal for those quick trips.
A wonderful place: modern, spacious, clean, quiet and comfy, with a beautiful and private patio. Located in the heart of things, just off the main shopping and dining drag. We wished we could have stayed much longer!
Property is all new, very clean, all new everything, great appliances. Good beds and pillows and excellent bathroom/shower. One block from all coffee shops, restaurants and bars. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

The unit was exactly as advertised. Super cute and well maintained. Location could not be better! You can walk to everything- coffee, grocery, restaurants and shops. And it was very quiet in the evening. This was our home base to visit Arches and Canyonlands

We really enjoyed staying here. Of course the location is perfect to walk anywhere downtown you need to. The unit is very clean and has ample supplies of what you will need. Including lots of towels, kitchen utensils, cookware, paper towels, blankets etc. It was just my husband and I, and we had more than enough room. The living room and kitchen are huge, and so is the master bedroom. There are four units total and number 1 and number 2 are in one house, and number 3 and number 4 are in another house, all with dividers. It seemed very private and we enjoyed sitting outside in our little patio area. We felt very safe. We will definitely stay here our next trip to Moab!
