The Summit Beach Resort offers guests onsite amenities such as two large swimming pools, Summit Tiki Bar, Summit Market, Bikini Bob’s Restaurant, hot tubs, picnic areas with grills, tennis courts, a basketball court, three shuffleboard courts, and a fitness center. During the Summer, kids can enjoy Resort Collection’s Adventure Zone activities onsite, including fan favorite Dive-In Movies on the pool deck at dusk. Each suite is fully furnished, providing all the comforts of home. The Summit is one of the biggest resorts and offers some of the best values on the beach.

Great family trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay. The condo has been renovated however, some small details were overlooked - nothing to complain about. The only ‘problem’ we had was with the facility- its pool deck is not up to code, therefore they close the pool and hits tubs before sunset with no ETA of when this will be fixed

Spring break with the kids

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Furniture and beds were comfortable and plenty of room for us. It was clean and there were plenty of bath towels. Things that could be improved: ice maker and water dispenser were not hooked up, confusing/odd lights & celling fans (could not get master fan on with all other lights off), took 2 days to get a repair done/addressed.

Good stay

Good kitchen size and plenty of room in the condo. Is the same as the descriptions and pictures. Could have been a little cleaner but nothing we couldn’t fix ourselves. Also had issues with streaming services and wifi in the bedrooms. Overall a good place to stay!
