Welcome to Sea Lion den! This property is a beautiful and cozy condo that includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a large balcony overlooking the ocean and bay side. You will love the walking distance to all the best local shops, attractions and delicious dining, and just a few steps to the beach. The perfect property for a relaxing vacation. This is a quite and family friendly neighborhood, perfect for any family vacations and getaways with friends or business trips.

We have all the cooking utensils and equipment that you are free to use, but we would greatly appreciate if you could clean up prior to checking out. There’s also coffee maker and toaster.

If extra space is needed the couch in the living room does have pull out bed.

We provide ALL bed linen (Sheets and Pillow cases and Comferter), Bath Towels, Washcloth. You will find an iron and board in the bedroom closet. There is a hairdryer located in the bathroom under the sink. If you require anything else, please contact us.

Guaranteed two parking spaces are available in the back of the building. Guest parking is available in the front of the building.

PLEASE NOTE: We rent to families, married couples, and responsible adults over the age of 25. NO HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online booking for group rentals will not be honored.

– Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
– There shall NO be SMOKING inside the Apartment. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
– PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied.
– GARAGE NOT AVAILABLE.
– Please do not rearrange our furniture.
– If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
– If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Great 4th of July getaway

I had a great time during my stay. I loved that the owner responded quickly to my concerns. The unit was clean, smelled good and jaf everything we needed for our stay. The unit is very close to the beach and restaurants snd family activities. One criticism is that there was only one TV in the unit smd you need to have your own apps to watch whatWe were on the 3rd fl

Excellent location with everything you need

We had a great stay. The apartment is spacious and clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We have young children, the location was perfect, close to the beach and quiet for afternoon naps. Excellent communication. The kids called it “home”.
