Adorable 1 bedroom house 8 min from La Jolla!

Perfect stay for a couple, or single traveler. Private entrance and private front yard. Fully equipped, very comfortable, outside succulent garden with table and chairs on a quiet street. Laundry room. Centrally located! Our place is very close to the I-5 and I-52 entrances. 8 minutes to La Jolla, 10 minutes to Pacific Beach, 12 minutes to USD, 15 minutes to downtown (ZOO), 15 minutes to Torrey Pines state park. Also 12 minutes away from “Convoy Area” Asian district with many great restaurants.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash your dishes.
Turn off Ac and lights.
Throw all your trash in the front yard bins outside by the tree. Separate common/food trash, another for recyclables
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests have to always clean up after themselves including doing the dishes and putting trash away when bins under the kitchen sink are full.
Please make sure all lights, fans, AC/ heater, stove/ oven, washer/ dryer and TV are off every time you leave the house. Also, please be water wise!
At check out, please let me know when you vacate our house so we can start getting it ready for the next guest. Put the keys back in the lock box. Thx

We were attending a wedding in La Jolla, and found this gem. For me and my wife, it was the perfect place! Great location for not only La Jolla, but for all of San Diego. 15 minutes from the Zoo, Sea World, Old Town, the beaches, as well as the airport. The neighborhood had all sorts of people walking around. If we are in the area, we will be reserve this place again!!!

We booked based on proximity to family. Santiago’s place is so comfortable and quiet! We were pleasantly surprised with the space as it seems bigger than the photos indicated. What a wonderful stay and I will be staying here again on future visits to San Diego.

What a great place for one or two people to stay. As an older single woman, the house and neighborhood felt safe which is important to me. I spent a week here this time. I'll prefer to stay here again next time I come to visit my grandkids.

This is a great setting. It was clean and well equipped with everything you could need. The owner reached out to be sure we had everything we needed right away. It is in a quiet neighborhood but main roads are easily accessible. We had a perfect one week stay.
