Minutes from the night life, world class restaurants , and the beaches of Cruz Bay you will find yourself at the center of all that Cruz Bay has to offer. Inside you will be greeted by the luxury that is Dolphin Suites, ranging from the spacious queen Temperpedic bed, high end kitchen, & rain fall shower. Let our team take the stress out of planning! We don`t have to many house rules but need to mention just a couple.
1. Please be attentive when sitting on the white furniture, Your feet can be very dirty from the beach or walking through town. please pay attention to small children on the furniture as well.
2. Parking is first come first serve and usually spots open up in a few minutes, please be patient.
3. There are 2 and a half flights of steps to access the units. We have an elevator in our plans but currently it only steps

This is a greal central located place to stay. Shopping, nightlife, restaurants, transportation, or just walk, this is it! Very clean, great AC, kitchen had everything we needed and then some! Would stay again if we make it back!

Great Location

This place is perfect for two ppl on a short trip. Space is comfortable but not big by any means, it’s efficient with modern amenities. Three story walk up, to a motel style runway to enter the space. Everything you need is in walking distance.

Smaller than the pics show but Very close to town . Walking distance to everything and very clean

Hi Jared thanks for writing a review for us but 3 stars is not what we are after. We used normal lenses on the camera when taking photos. The rooms are very efficient and well designed. We have a sectional couch and a full kitchen, 2 big screen tv's, queen bed and dont forget the couch can pull out to a queen bed too, a washer and dryer in the unit and a bathroom with a walk in shower! We use every square inch to squeeze as many emmenities in there as possible. Thanks for pointing out how clean the units are and how great the locations is! For a couple or a single traveler that likes to be on the go we have found our guests normally give us 5 stars, maybe we will WOW you once we get the elevator and the roof top pool finished! See you next time!

Beautiful suite

Loved this property nael was great. Nice kitchen could use a nonstick skillet some ice trays. Air conditioning was very good. Convenient to little grocery store for essentials. Taxis close by.

Great location

We stayed 6 nights. The location is perfect for walking to dinner and drinks in Cruz bay. Also, quick access to get on centerline or north shore road. The place is very well kept and there were even items stocked for use. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, disheash and laundry detergent, washer and dryer. Ice in the freezer. Beach towels, Beach chairs and floats. Couldn’t have asked for more. At no fault of the owner, we did experience a few days with no power and no generator to keep the lights and ac on.

Location was downtown, the water was too far away o. Not like picture. The security code did not work. Could not get in. No one was readily available to help me. It was raining and had to sit in the rain. I refused to stay with this kind of service and hardship.

I am sorry that the lock was jammed when you arrived. Our cell service is a little unreliable and during a storm it can be even more unreliable. I am so sorry this happened to you. As you recall we contacted you as soon as your message came through and had the lock fixed immediately. We also gave you a full refund immediately. The location however is exactly like the photos, We are downtown Cruz Bay, very near the National Park visitor center, all of the restaurants and grocery stores. I understand you were upset but to leave inaccurate information in your review is not honest or fair. Again I am sorry this happened to you.

Beautiful and Modern!

On our recent vacation to St. John we had the privilege of staying in this beautiful apartment. Everything appears to be brand new in this gorgeous listing. And it had all the necessities for a fabulous beach vacation - towels, chairs, even a cooler. The only negative - it isn't advertised anywhere that you must climb 3 floors to get to the room. There is no elevator. So older people will definately have an issue staying here. My spouse and I are in our 60's and did ok but it was a challenge. Worth the climb? Yes, but again, should be stated somewhere that you have to climb those stairs. Overall though, just a gorgeous apartment!
