Upon entering the home, you'll be greeted by the cozy living room, complete with an all new sitting area and flat-screen TV with views of the golf course. The kitchen is fully equipped with all updated appliances and all the utensils to prepare a delicious meal to be enjoyed at the 6 person dining room table or outside under a covered patio.
The backyard space is perfect for enjoying the beautiful Coronado weather with a BBQ grill, Solo Stove fire pit for evening S'mores and outdoor dining area.
The home comes with a washer and dryer located in a large garage, 2 beach chairs, stand up paddle boards and surfboards for your beach and bay adventures!
