Wake up and head to the beach from our 3 story ocean view condo. St Augustine has 42 miles of beautiful beaches with soft white sand and beautiful sunrises. Enjoy a morning stroll to catch the sunrise or an afternoon bike ride down the beach. If you are ready to explore more than the beach, then head into historic St Augustine for plenty of sightseeing, eating and drinking.
This 3 bedroom 3 and a half bath condo includes a primary en-suite bedroom on the 3rd floor to maximize your views. There is a queen bedroom with an en suite and its own private patio to enjoy the cool breezes on the first floor. Also located on the ground floor is a bunk room that sleeps three and an additional full bathroom right down the hall for convenience. This condo will sleep 7 in beds, with an additional air mattress to sleep a total of 8 people in the unit. The spacious living room and kitchen are located on the main floor
(second story) to maximize your ocean views. There is a lovely balcony to relax on with a cup of coffee or an afternoon drink.
The complex of Sea Winds includes a community pool with a new hot tub and tennis courts close by.
Just a few minutes away you will find a grocery store, many restaurants, local coffee shops and more. Rent some bikes for your stay and explore all that Anastasia Island has to offer. This amazing townhome is ready to host your next getaway.

A Wonderful View

Both the second (main) and third floors had a view of the ocean, which we all really enjoyed! The condo was spotless and had all the necessities. The WiFi was a bit spotty, but not an issue for us since we were on vacation. We love SeaWinds and always stay in one of these condos when we come, and this one had the best views we’d experienced!

We spent a lovely week at this apartment and would have loved to have stayed a month. Location to the beach was wonderful and they provided plenty of beach chairs and accessories. The apartment itself was great - very spacious with multiple levels so everyone could spread out. The only negative is that it felt a little dark due to the lack of windows. But they have a lovely little patio with several chairs - perfect for a glass of wine or coffee. We definitely plan on returning!

Beautiful condo with room for young family and baby upstairs and us older folks downstairs. View of the beach and lagoons was amazing. Private boardwalk to the beach full of flowers. Beach is clean and great! Short walk to restaurants and grocery stores. Very quiet and peaceful! We will be booking here again!!

Better than Expected !!

We all had a wonderful 10 day stay, and I must say we were very impressed. Everything met our expectations, and the surrounding area had plenty ofr variety to suit everyone's needs. Quiet, wonderful atmosphere, and great condo layout. We would like to revisit soon, hopefully next year..!!
