Lovely raised ranch house that was newly renovated. Beds were very comfortable and Kitchen was fully stocked with necessities. Close to Deadwood and Lead, 1 hour away from Keystone.

The pictures were a little deceiving online. When we arrived we had problems getting in with our door code. Once inside we noticed lots of dead bugs on the floors. The windows didn't latch like they should. Rooms were cold if you closed bedroom doors at night. There was no light on the back of the house for the hot tub and no light in the lower level for the washer/dryer. The biggest complaint was the steps to the lower level. Very steep and not very wide for foot placement. Definitely not up to code.
This property was in a great location. Close to all the hot spots as well as central for riding. However, it is located on a very busy street and can be loud with traffic. The house was very clean and newly remodeled. With that being said there were a few things missing that would have been nice. Curtains being one of them. I'm sure they're coming but there was not one window covering in the house. Hooks for towels, etc would have been helpful as well, and again, Im sure they are coming as they continue with the updates. Highlights that we enjoyed were the hot tub, the decks and ice maker!

Okay but pictures are deceiving
Check-in was horrible as battery went dead on lock. 2 men from property management were no help, but the lady went out of her way to get new battery installed & working. The bathroom is very old, no towel bars but I found an over the door w/2 hooks in downstairs bathroom. Old filter & dried coffee were in the maker. Luckily we bring our own bath soap as no bath soap was provided, just soft soap in bathroom sink! Hot tub & cover were nice. Weird no lock on downstairs sliding door just an inside metal bar. No central air but a portable a/c in the 1 upstairs bedroom. Pegs or hooks to hang suits & towels would be beneficial as well as some shelves in the bathroom would be helpful. An old, stained cleaning rag was put out with the hand towel in the upstairs bathroom. The 1st step at the top of the deck is a trip hazard. Too much road noise!
