Camp in comfortin a bright and airy canvas tent, memory foam mattress, and freshlinens included.Located off of a State Maintained road with easy driveway access already in place. This property is perfect for your Mountain escape. The property has a 1/2 acre pond with a floating dock perfect for fishing or cooling off in the warm summer months. Cool off in the evening with a dip in the trout-stocked pond!Enjoy off-the-grid amenities such as solar lighting, grilling, and relaxation under the pavilion.Close by are the trout waters of the East Fork and public access to the French Broad Paddle trails.
This property is minutes away from the Asheville airport (AVX), a short drive from Atlanta, and also is close to the TRI-CITIES (TRI) airport (1.45-hour drive), and Knoxville (TYS).

We love hosting families and couples at our forest retreat! Our family has such wonderful memories of mountain biking, hiking to waterfalls, and campfires at this property and we love being able to share this place. Our hope is you will make your own wonderful memories here too!

What makes this property unique

The stocked trout pond is so much fun for our whole family to fish. The kids have a blast on the paddle boat, and we just love to hang out and enjoy the woods!
