Dan’s place was exactly as described! The extended patio double our space because we were able to hang out with tons of seating. The proximity to the beach and pools was amazing and easy especially with 2 little ones in tow. Dan had so many thoughtful additions like the beach wagon, chairs and umbrellas that we will definitely pack lighter with our next stay. So so much room to enjoy our family! Thanks Dan! We will be back!

We had a wonderful time on Tybee Island! Our accommodations were perfect for 5 adults - and the hosts kept in contact with us for anything we might need. The condo was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed, just wished we would have stayed longer. We'd highly recommend staying here - it's a great location!

This VRBO had everything! It was wonderful to not have to pack beach and pool accessories for the trip...not even beach towels! A beach wagon, chairs, tent, and toys were all provided. The condo was pristine, and my older children enjoyed the ginormous TV in the living room (we were there for several World Cup games!). The pool was nice, but even though the huge patio overlooks the pool, you do have to make a small trek to get there. The beach is a fairly straight shot and about a block away with a very nice ramp over the dunes for easy access with your beach wagon or stroller. The condo is within walking distance of shopping and lots of wonderful restaurants. The condo is up a half flight of stairs, but the elevator is quick and easy when needed. The gate entry to the underground parking helped this single mom feel secure and kept the car nice and cool!

Great location and property

This is one of the best locations and properties we have stayed at on Tybee island. Having the pool was a great option to the beach every day. Also all the beach chairs, umbrellas, and carts was a huge benefit.

Wonderful unit - great location!

The condo was clean and plenty large enough for our family of 8. The outdoor space was great!! Dan was a great host and very communicative and helpful. So many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Loved both the beach and pool.

Wonderful week on Tybee!

This a wonderful property, so close to so many restaurants, shops, the pier, everything! The unit is well stocked, even beach towels and chairs! Dan is a great host, and we can’t wait to go back!

Tybee Thanksgiving

We had all we needed to host Thanksgiving dinner! Great patio to lounge on and a nice big TV to watch the games. Super convenient location for walking to the beach, shopping, eating and drinking.

Wonderful stay in a well kept condo., just steps away from the beach. There was plenty of space for four women and an infant. The touches of home were a nice perk, as we utilized the beach supplies, sat on the large patio outside, and lounged inside with ease. The home is walking distance to pretty much anything you may need, so no car or golf cart is needed once there. 10/10 recommend this home for any one/group looking for a clean, relaxing, stay in Tybee!

Amazing location, top-notch customer service!

The condo was perfect for our family of 6 ( 4 adults, 2 children). It was walking distance to many restaurants and shops and steps to the beach! We had an amazing stay! The owner was very responsive and wonderful to work with. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

Adult Family Vacay

We had a great time in Tybee Island & would recommend Dan's property to all!! Unit was clean, had everything we needed & the bonus is the huge patio! Very close walk to beach & Dan provides beach chairs, floats & a beach wagon to get all of your things to the beach in one trip. South Beach was so much fun.

Brass Rail is a top quality construction project......Brass Rail #110 overlooks the pool area and what makes it unique is that it has an extended outdoor patio and is just steps away from the beach, restaurants and night life....We felt the location, proximity to restaurants & night life and the beach was the right fit…..We live in the Charlotte area and we use the Condo when it is not rented....Brass Rail is in the Heart of Tybee Island South Beach!

What makes this property unique
