VW Beach House is perfectly situated within walking distace of Vanderbilt and Wiggens Pass beaches on the 500 block in Naples Park. Only 1 mile to amazing restaurants and shops at the Mercato Shopping center.

Brand new and fully renovated - 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath, spacious rental. Great for the whole family. Luxurious bamboo mattresses and bedding from Cariloha. Fully stocked kitchen and complete laundry/mud room.

Wifi and desk for remote workers as well.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
No need to strip beds. Just leave used beds un-made for cleaners to change out.
Put used towels on washing machine.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- We ask that you lock all windows and doors upon leaving the house. - No loud music, please be respectful of neighbors. Quiet hours are 10PM - 7AM.
-Please put dirty dishes in dishwasher and run at checkout. -Please empty trashes at checkout. -Absolutely no smoking in house or on premises
-Please gather dirty towels and place on counter in laundry room. -Please strip used beds and put sheets at foot of bed at checkout.
