We have lived in Florissant over 30 years. We loved raising our children and living in a mountain community because there is so much to do here. We love to ski, snowboard, fish, camp and ride our side by side, so being so close to all of that keeps us here. The views are stunning. With our kids grown up and gone and being partially retired, we took on the project of fully renovating this cute little cabin. It's been a labor of love and we are excited to share it with others.

Why they chose this property

Our cabin is in a cute mountain community, offering glimpses of Pikes Peak and the Sangre de Cristo Mountains from the property. Surrounded by trees, the wooded setting provides a peaceful atmosphere while still being conveniently located right off the road for easy access. It's great to start your mornings or wind down your evenings on the front porch. It's the perfect spot to relax and soak in the fresh mountain air.

What makes this property unique

I think having a big fenced yard for pets is a plus. It's also fully renovated, so everything is brand new and fresh. Being within an hour of so many outdoor activities is a plus as well.
