Escape to our spacious 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom Hermantown home! With a full kitchen, plenty of space to relax, large yard, LARGE driveway that can easily fit 6 cars, our house is the perfect spot for your next family vacation or group retreat. One of the best things about our home is its location! We're just minutes away from the mall and downtown Duluth, where you'll find amazing restaurants, shops, and entertainment. We are centered in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood within walking distance to the brand new YMCA and hockey arena, 2.1 miles to the airport, and only a 15 minute drive to downtown Duluth and Canal.
Our family owns a local craft coffee shop... so of course there is an entire coffee bar on site! With our own fresh roasted coffee! You might even find some free coffee coupons on the counter ;) This is the perfect retreat!

Great Stay

I was up here with my coworkers for Mission of Mercy. We had a few issues come up a couple of days before our stay, but Shannon called us and told us about them and had them fixed as soon as she could. It was a great place to stay and would stay here again in the future.

Cozy home near Duluth

We had a wonderful time with my parents, brother, sister and their families staying at this home for the Duluth airshow. The kitchen was perfect for making meals for the 12 of us. We enjoyed a glass of wine on the front porch while the kids ran around the large backyard. The house is very clean and cozy. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive to our needs. We’d definitely stay here again!

Why they chose this property

This is a family friendly neighborhood, close to everything. It's safe, and only 10 minutes from downtown when needed. The brand new YMCA is walking distance, along with Hermantown schools, the hockey arena and new walking/biking trails.

What makes this property unique

Our uniqueness is in the large gathering area and many bedrooms. The central air is wonderful in the summer, and the wood burning fireplace makes winter magical. The large driveway makes parking easy and safe.
