The soft sand of Myrtle Beach is two blocks - a four-minute walk - from this darling townhouse, a well-appointed, two-story space with an outdoor community pool that makes a wonderful home base for beach-goers, golfers, and those looking to enjoy the many attractions nearby.The patio out back is fenced for your privacy. Free parking in front of the cottage.

This cottage is located between 19th and 20th Avenues South on the Myrtle Beach, just minutes to all attractions, shopping and dining. Play a few rounds of golf in the Golf Capitol of the World with over 100 championship courses to choose from; shopping at the two Tanger Outlets and the assorted mall and shopping centers; take adventure on a fishing charter, kayaking and scuba diving; visit Broadway at the beach for assortment of dining choice and entertaining museums like WonderWorks, the Hollywood Wax Museum......

We have implemented contactless check-in. No need to talk to anyone nor pick up keys anywhere. The house door is controlled by combination locks. Codes will be sent by email and text message.

The outdoor pool is open year-round for your enjoyment.

Only two cars allowed in the complex, one is with our condo number, the other could be anywhere without a number.

This was the perfect home base for our family of 6. Within walking distance to the beach and several restaurants and stores. The space was a great size and gave us a comfortable place to relax after beach days. Will keep this place book marked for future visits to the area.

Nice host and property. We will go back in the future, most likely in spring or fall. During our stay in August, we felt like the temperature was too high. Otherwise, again I am highly recommend the property and Myrtle Beach in general.

This is a terrific spot that was well-maintained and nothing broken/out of place/in need of fixing. It's a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and there was no point in time where we were unsatisified with the lodging. Host was always very communicative and helpful as well. Would book with again anytime. A. Bonus points that all TVs worked and had functioning remotes. It's not as common as one would think.

The house was perfect for 6 (4 kids). Quick walk to the beach and back if needed. Quiet community, mgmt checked in regularly through out our stay. Loved the extra blankets in the closets for chilly nights. Would visit again!

This place was great! It was within walking distance to the beach, grocery store, food establishments, & putt putt! We took full advantage of the nice weather and amenities near by. We even went to play basketball at the nearby park.Overall my experience was great & Janet made sure to check in on us throughout our stay to make sure we were doing great. I will for sure book through her again in the future!!

We loved our stay. The home was very clean. Beds were wonderful and comfortable. Close to the beach and resturants. We would definitely stay here again. Host was super helpful and replied right away.
