The Cottage is located in the Sister Lakes area in Southwest Michigan and has lake/pier access to Round Lake. It is about 20 minutes away from Saint Joseph/Benton Harbor and about 30 minutes away from South Haven. The cottage is also about 1 hour 45 minutes from Chicago.

The cottage features 2 Bedrooms downstairs (1 Room with 2 double beds and 1 Room with a queen and twin bed), full bathroom, family room, kitchen, washer and dryer. The upstairs loft area has a king bed and bathroom with a shower.

The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen and there is an open concept living and dining area as well as a large deck off the back of the house.

The house was perfect for the amount of people we had. Everything was there that was needed for the stay. It was roomy enough for everyone’s comfort. It’s a short distance to everything you’d need as far as groceries, gas and bait. Very short walk down to pier and owner was gracious enough to let us fish off their pontoon which was parked there. Unfortunately due to rain we couldn’t get a full feel but overall pleased with all the accommodations.

Great stay in Sister Lakes

We needed overflow rooms for my family during a weekend at the lake. This property was clean, cozy and close to everything we needed!

Lake stay

Property was a surprise based on listing . Was more spacious than expected. Great location on Round Lake. Blinds a bit open so bit compromised for privacy but clean. Owner very friendly and accommodating.

Fantastic family vacation

The pictures don't do this place justice. Beautiful place and on the lake a short walk around a house between us and the lake. Round Lake is beautiful and clear and fun. Rented a pontoon boat and a tube from Slates Boat Rentals (on FB) and it was lots of fun for my family (20, 18, and 12 yr old boys). Walking distance from ice cream, two breweries, grocery store, etc. Short drive to Lake Michigan beaches and sand dunes. We'll be back for sure. Great communication with the owner, too.

Great location with all amenities with the value

The house itself was much more than we expected! Since they do a bit of a work on big covered with old trees pario the owner was shy to put pictures of it . They got a new big gas grill, kayaks and the house has everything you need . The Dollar General and grocery store 5 minutes walk . Ice cream /coffee shop different direction 5 minutes walk. And the good restaurants are around as well.Its a beautiful area around those lakes. Its a gem location and the house

Cozy & clean

Cozy, clean cottage in a great location near Round Lake. Walking distance to restaurants. Had great food and service at The Strand. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the kayaks as we didn’t know we had to bring our own life jackets (which we don’t have). Cute mini golf/ice cream place right across the street. Owner was great with communication. Saw a deer out the window the morning we left! Some small things we would change but overall it suited our needs while visiting friends in the area.
