Great place

House was spotless and modern. Neighborhood is a bit suspect. I would say the price was WAY to high considering a cleaning fee and we stayed only 2 nights. Owner was great about communicating and very quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again if its more reasonable priced. Your a 15 min drive from all the historic stuff so no walking.

St. Augustine

Property manager was very accommodating- vRBO had the property listed for the 3 day weekend and the manager had blocked those dates out and wasn’t expecting us- even though one toilet wasn’t in commission, he had the house cleaned and ready by 5, ordered an uber for us to go into town while he had the cleaning crew come, and had a thank you note and Pinot Noir wine waiting for us when we got back. Place was nice and clean when we arrived. We were happy to have a place to stay.

Concert Night

The house was spotless upon arrival, beautifully decorated, and super comfy. The neighborhood was not exactly someplace I would want my kids walking around alone, however, for our purpose it was perfectly fine as we went to a concert and hung out around the house as a family. The only thing I would suggest is that the lawn be cut before a guest arrives as it was over a foot high and had we wanted to use the firepit it wouldn't have been very comfortable. The rest of the home more than made up for that as we really didn't have time to use the pit had we wanted to anyway. All in all I would absolutely recommend this property and would definitely book again if the need arose.
