Pleasant in Berkeley Springs

The Apple Butter Festival is the perfect fall activity. We were able to snatcha room last minute

Great location and lots to do

We were only here for one night. It was great being able to walk down a few stairs (the downstairs) and enter an ice cream parlor! Great location, a few blocks away from the National Park. The Saturday night concert was fun and the town is completely walkable.

Cozy and Cute Stay

My husband is a pretty big guy at 6’3 and I’m a taller than avg lady. The stairs to get up to the rooms were avg for an older home and we got up them without an Issue. The room was very quiet despite being central to everything in town. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed including kcups and creamer. We had no issues with the WiFi. Communication with the owner was very timely. The decor was very cute and homey! I actually took some pictures for ideas for our house. We had a great stay! Would highly recommend especially for the price!

Sounded better than it was

Firstly, the entrance was VERY difficult to find. We drove around the block 2x & finally parked in the funeral home parking lot facing the property before we noticed the double doors that looked like the picture. City fire alarm in the middle of the night was not pleasant. Glad there was a warning about the alarm on the guest welcome sheet. Blinds are warped & not good privacy from the nextdoor neighbors' building only about 8 ft from us. Very old building with very narrow staircase which made it difficult getting our bags up. Yet, people we met were friendly & the room & bathroom were very clean, which we truly appreciated.
