The Space:

Our newly decorated cabin is packed with amenities and fun for couples, a small family or a small group of friends.



The cabin includes:

- 2 bedrooms - 1 with queen bed, 1 with set of twin bunks

- A huge wrap-around deck with a propane grill and gorgeous mountain view

- Outdoor hot tub perfect for relaxing

- Fenced in area for your furry friends

- Fast WiFi that's good enough to stream movies and hold video calls

- Fully-stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, stove/oven, and microwave

- Outside fire pit with seating for the whole group



Pet Policy:

We love hosting families and well-behaved dogs! For allergy and maintenance reasons, we’re unfortunately unable to host cats.



Our cleaning team sweeps the deck, stairs, and walkways before each arrival, but due to the natural setting, you may still notice some leaves, pollen, or similar—especially during certain seasons. We appreciate your understanding as nature tends to leave its mark, no matter how often we tidy up!



Beyond the cabin itself, we love how close to everything we are -- particularly Great Cacapon State Park and Berkeley Springs. The park is free to enter and has miles of hiking trails, a beach and small lake, golf course, mountain biking trails, horse stables, and a clay shooting range. The town of Berkeley Springs has been voted one of the top arts communities in the US; the shopping, spa, and restaurant scene does not disappoint!

We enjoyed are us time in this lovely cabin. It was very clean and the hot tub was amazing. It was a very quiet relaxing get away. We definitely recommend this cabin and will hopefully visit again in the future.

Cosy cabin

We enjoyed our stay at this cosy cabin. There is a lovely view from the deck and the cabin was clean and comfortable. There is a big yard which our dogs loved! Cacapon State park is about 20 min away and has a lot of amenities including some great hikes. It is worth exploring. We liked Berkeley Springs Brewery, good beer and food about 25 min away. The road to the cabin is steep in places and in winter weather I would want AWD/4WD. We had a nice getaway and would stay here again.

What makes this property unique

We spent years searching for the perfect getaway, and wanted to be close enough to DC that we could do a day trip. We fell in love with the area – and Barnside cabin in particular. We love how cute and cozy our cabin is, and all the fun outdoor activities we can enjoy year-round. :)
