Main Floor: You enter the house into the well organized foyer with plenty of storage for your outdoor gear. The large living room has a sofa and chairs and a gas fireplace, perfect for cozy nights. The Kitchen is well-equipped, with all stainless Bosch appliances: gas range, dishwasher, large refrigerator and microwave along with many small appliances including a toaster, blender, standard drip coffee maker, food processor, Kitchen-Aid mixer, a wet bar and more. The well organized pantry and laundry room, just adjacent to the kitchen has its own entrance to the backyard patio and pool area so meals, poolside, are a breeze. The dining room table seats 8 with an extra leaf available. There is also additional counter seating for four 4 more. The screened sun porch, located just off the dining room, has both screens and windows, so you can be comfortable and use it for 3 seasons out of the year. There is ample seating and a TV for your viewing pleasure. The sun deck, located on the side of the house, offers guests great views while dining or lounging in one of the chairs. There is a dining table that seats 8, an umbrella, and 4 lounge chairs to soak up the rays.

Also on the main floor is the media room and/or 4th bedroom with a large smart TV with streaming channels. The room has a large blue sectional sofa, which if needed converts into a quality queen size bed. Just off of this room is a full bathroom with a walk in shower. What's nice is that if someone stays in this room the bathroom becomes their own personal en suite! There are french doors to close, so guests have total privacy, too. Second Floor: There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. There is the primary bedroom, guest room #2 and guest room #3. The large primary bedroom has a King bed, Smart TV, 2 large closets and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest room #2 has another king bed and the 3rd bedroom has 3 twin size beds. These 2 guest rooms share the third full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Outside in the backyard, guests have private access to the sunny heated pool and stone patio. Poolside you will find 4 chaise loungers, 2 sun umbrellas, a propane BBQ grill and a dining table that seats 4. Take a dip in the pool and then sit back and relax taking in the beautiful mountain views!

Gym and Basement: Take a break from the sun and head to the basement for a fun ping-pong match, or to the mini gym, located above the two car garage. the gym features a Peloton bike and free weights. (Bring your own cycling shoes, please.)

For families traveling with young children, this home has everything you need, including a portable crib, baby bath and high chair. Please note that you must provide your own crib sheets/crib bedding.
