Perfect place for me and my husband over 4th of July weekend. 2 minute drive to downtown or 15 minute walk. Sean was accommodating and his check-in instructions were clear and easy. This is an oasis of calm and beauty, and we can't wait to return!! The villa is beautifully decorated and appointed, someone spent time and care in preparing. Close enough to downtown to walk to brunch / dinner and shopping, and far enough away to have quiet evenings. Worth the trip and stay as long as you can!

The villa was lovely and perfect for what we wanted to do in our first visit to PS. We loved looking at the library of mid century homes books & PS history. The only hiccup was that somebody had turned the pool/spa heater thermostat down on the heater unit and thus we were not getting full heat use out of the spa... it was corrected midway thru our stay.

This is the greatest find in Palm Springs. It's a home we have visited before and will continue for years to come. The pool/ spa and patio is 2nd to NONE. This home is spotless and welcoming, it meets your every need from kitchen to bathroom (and all in between). Like the home, the host is beyond helpful and accommodating. The location is a 10 out of 10...close to downtown, freeway and airport. A honor roll for us.
