Located directly across the street from the Atlantic Park Surf Park, Dome Events Venue, and many new restaurants, this newly renovated first-floor 1-bedroom unit sleeps 4, featuring a queen bed and a pull-out sofa in the living area.



Welcome to The Vibe District - just a short walk from the beach, boardwalk, and Virginia Beach Sports Center. You'll love the VIBE Creative District, home to amazing restaurants, cozy cafes, local breweries, and a vibrant, welcoming community.



Free on-site parking included.



The Space:

Just a short-walk from The Old Beach Farmers Market that takes place every Saturday during the summer (8 am - 12 pm).



BEDROOM LAYOUT:

A one bedroom apartment with a king size bed in a separate bedroom and a queen size pullout sofa sleeper located in the living area.



Other Things to Note:

Parking: Space for one vehicle onsite per reservation. Additional paid parking is located on Baltic Ave between 19th and 20th street. This is a parking garage. - Early Check-in / Late check-out - Message us and we will try to accommodate your request. Fees may apply depending on the requested time. Half days (11 AM arrival or 3:30 PM departure) may also be available for 50% of the nightly rate. - Deliveries - We are unable to guarantee package deliveries to the home. It is best to utilize the local post office to hold packages or nearby Amazon Lockers. - Event / Retreats - No events or retreats are allowed unless they have been approved prior to your booking.

Awesome place to stay within 8 minute walk of the beach. Super clean, great ac and ammenities. No issues and smooth stay would highly recommend. Other quests were very considerate and respectful. No noise during the night and resting sleep.

Excellent communication. Transparent listing which mentioned the construction going on across the street. The place was very clean and looked recently updated. The only recommendation would be to have a full length mirror somewhere in the loft.
