Perfect place for girls trip!

Great open plan for a group of friends to visit. Comfortable seating in living room, large dining table and outdoor seating. Bedrooms were arranged well with the 2 bathrooms down stairs and one upstairs. Location was perfect for all the nice shopping and restaurants in historic downtown McKinney. We will stay again

Modern luxury stay!

We reserved this stay for part of our wedding party and it did not disappoint! It was able to house everyone so nicely and comfortably. There was plenty of space for sleeping and sitting to mingle and chat. The outside space was nice for gathering and the inside was so clean and had everything you need for a getaway!

Wonderful place in McKinney

The place was great for our group (5 total). Plenty of rooms (and bathrooms!) for all of us. Plenty of room in the kitchen/dining/living area to all be in comfortably. Although we never did it, the place was very walkable to town. Host was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions we had.

The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. Great location, close to the McKinney Downtown Square. Home is visually appealing on a very nice lot. It rained while we were there, but would have really enjoyed the backyard/deck given the chance.

The host was friendly and open to helping us throughout the stay. Overall, things were pretty good. It did get quite cold inside, sepecially in the shared spaces. There were plenty of space heaters avaialble to help. Heating was uneven. The rooms could get too hot if the room door was cold, and upstairs gets hotter than downstairs (no zoned heating). We found that several dishes were not fully cleaned and the kettle neede cleaning and descaling. We also noticed some windows were left unlocked. Overall though, we had a pleasant stay and the location was great.

The house worked out perfectly for our large group. Each couple had their own rooms/bathrooms. Everything was clean and accessible. Host was VERY quick to respond with any questions we had! Check in/Check out was very easy. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We did enjoy our stay and would book again. I do want to share….arriving after dark with no outside lighting on. The lock on door wasn’t working, but I contacted the owner and he did respond quickly with a solution. So I guess the only complaint was the outside lighting.
