If additional guests will be with you please look at Blue Stone #2 (ID# 3438979) which is downstairs and has a separate entrance if needed.

Clean!

This home was clean, well-decorated, and uncluttered. It is the perfect distance for those looking to go to the ARK and also into Cincinnati during their visit. There is a good bit of traffic on the road in front of the house, so cars and trains can be heard from the front bedrooms. However, we used a sound machine app to help minimize the noise at night. It was also very nice to have a usable garage for parking!

Clean and convenient to Interstate

The house is clean and well-stocked. Having the garage was a nice feature since it was raining when we arrived. Internet worked fine for streaming, and communication with the host was easy. It is close to the road & train, but we agreed the pro’s far outweighed that con. Cleanup & checkout were simple and not overly demanding. We would stay again.

We're booking again for next year!

The home was pristine and spacious for our group. There was only 1 step into the home, and the walk-in shower made it easy access for those with mobility restrictions. The host was wonderful! We are already making our reservation for next year!

Ark Encounter & Creation Museum

Staying here was like staying in a brand new house. Everything was new and spotless. Great location halfway in between the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum.

Cozy and Clean

My brother and niece and nephew and I stayed so that we could go and visit the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. The house was perfectly located in between the two places. The house was very clean and seemed new. It was just the right size for all of us to have a common area to hang out but also our own rooms as well. The kids enjoyed playing the board games that were left at the house. The only thing that was a little unpleasant was the street traffic and the train noise. It wasn't horrible, but I would recommend ear plugs or playing white noise on your cell phone. All in all we really enjoyed this house and would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Ark Encounter Spring Break

The property was the perfect place to stay as it was very close to the Ark Encounter. It was spacious and clean. There was a surprise of needing to strip the beds, start the washer and take out the trash before leaving.

The house was wonderful!

We had a great stay. It was the perfect place for our mini vacation. The house was absolutely wonderful. Very well maintained and we loved the added bonus of having a garage attached as it was snowy and cold and we enjoyed not having to get in a cold car. Perfectly situated between The Creation Museum and The Ark Encounter.

We had a wonderful stay here for our vacation and would highly recommend it. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for our whole family. The hosts are responsive to texts and have clear instructions for everything. We'd stay here again.

Great Accommodations Near the Ark Encounter

We arrived after dark, but was able to park in the attached garage and off-load our luggage right into the house. The house appears to be new, and has the new carpet smell. The host was very accommodating as well, ensuring we had plenty of towels and supplies for the single night we were there, We relaxed for a while and had a good night's sleep. (The train in the distance wasn't noticeable after settling down for the night!) The next morning we enjoyed our bacon and pancake breakfast, then headed off for our Ark Encounter, only 15 minutes away, since the house is only a mile off I-75!

Short stay in Crittenden

All my children came to visit and see extended family. The Blue Stone 1 had everything we needed and more. Close to family and local attractions, comfortable beds, very clean, plenty of room and super attentive hosts. I couldn’t ask for more.

KY vacation house

Our stay was very comfortable. The house was perfect for our family of 6. We were able to cook and relax after a visiting the Ark Encounter. Our grandkids loved the room with the twin beds. We also enjoyed exploring the little towns in that area.

Great house

The house was great, roomy and close to things in the area. We stopped to visit the Ark so it was really convenient. We played some of the board games that were provided and enjoyed some family time at the house

Pleasant Stay
