Overall we enjoyed this property and all it has to offer. We made a nice fire in the fireplace that we all enjoyed. If you're looking for a brand new accommodation, this isn't it, but everything was modern and comfortable. Beds were good with cozy extra blankets. Bath towels were better than most hotels. Would stay here again.
The space is comfortable. Don't expect luxury. Necessities were provided.It was clean except for the shower drain. Overall my family was happy being together in the beautiful mountain vistas as our backyard.

Great escape
It was a nice area next to all the places you would want to hit up, comfortable , everything stocked , and everyone was super nice . The only complaint I’d TV logging out every 10-15 minutes when watching something and dishwasher hard to open and wouldn’t wash. I do t mind hand washing . But the views pools etc were awesome

You get what you pay for
We were looking for a bargain for our ski vacation and this is what we got:Upon arrival, we were greeted by a sheet of treacherous ice at the top of the steps going down to the condo and no rock salt to treat it with. The house was dirty - cobwebs, food refuse under furniture, dust bunnies, etc. Multiple TVs were not functional. The living room TV needed to have directions posted. Light bulbs were out. The smoke detector battery needed replacing and it kept beeping. The kitchen faucet was a disaster - loose, kept sliding around. The downstairs shower didn't drain properly. We finally threw some Draino down, but still ended up standing in 3 inches of water by the end of a shower. There was mold growing in the corners of the downstairs shower tile on the wall. So, lesson learned. Will splurge a little next time.

Please know that you could have reported your concerns during your visit, and our team would have remedied them. Our local manager assured us that they checked all the lights in the house and changed the two bulbs that were burned out. The TV was inspected and is working as it should, and the kitchen faucet was tightened. The smoke detector battery was replaced, and we're sorry for the inconvenience this caused. The area had run out of salt for ice removal, and the community, which takes care of the snow and ice, did its best to remove the ice without salt. We hope you will allow us the chance to provide you with a truly exceptional vacation experience in the future.

Cozy BUT Woefully Short of Expectations
We wanted to love this unit, but had multiple issues during our stay.The positives are that it's a great neighborhood, convenient to Camelback Resort and slopes. The Community amenities seemed nice, but we did not use any of them. The unit itself is cute and cozy, but lacked modern upgrades. The kitchen was satisfactorily stocked, beds were comfortable, and the deck provided nice views.The negatives:1. Trash can was overflowing upon arrival. Visible crumbs on the carpet and steps. Keurig was filthy!2. Bedroom #1 is a LOFT, not an enclosed bedroom. It's up a flight of stairs, but it's not private. No door at the bottom or top of steps. Very deceiving!3. TV service was not working for the entire stay and zero instructions for operation. Bedrooms #2 & #3 have very small TVs that are ridiculously old. Bedroom #1(LOFT) has no TV.4. Bedroom #3 bunk bed is shaky and unsafe. We did not allow anyone to sleep in it.5. Fireplace had a sign that said guests are not allowed to use. There were burnt logs and ashes in the fireplace. It's listed as an amenity, so we expected to use it.Vacasa bombarded us with emails and texts daily leading up to the reservation, but when we reached out to them on our 1st night about some issues, we received a generic text and they never seriously followed up or attended to our issues. We got the "we'll look into it" response. Apparently, there wasn't a local contact to help us resolve any issues. Pathetic corporate management. NEVER AGAIN!

No Communication with Manager!
We came for a dance competition- 4 moms and 4 girls (6-8 years old).
It started with check-in instructions that didn't include the fact that there was a separate address to check in at and we were not told to turn on the water heater upon entry to the unit.
Upon every to the unit, it was unclear that it was a digital lock, so i struggled with the lock box not opening. Fortunately, the person i arrived with figured out the digital lock.
Once situated, we realized the on-suite toilet didn't flush, the bunk bed was loose and swayed so the kids couldn't use the top bunk, the tv in the kids' room didn't work, the dishwasher didn't clean the dishes, we didn't know the hot water heater was off so we had no hot water when we went to get washed, and the light cover in the kitchen was literally hanging off of the ceiling! I texted and called "the host, " but it was Vacasa Customer Service and they were either unresponsive or unable to assist. None of our concerns were addressed. No one ever even stopped at the unit to assess the concerns.
I sent multiple texts and no one seemed to be aware of the previous text out the phone calls. I requested maintenance come out to assess the unit and no one ever came. I also requested to speak with the actual host, but did not hear from them either.
