This was the perfect place for our stay with the grandkids this week! The owners were VERY responsive both before and during our stay. They even placed popsicles in the freezer, popcorn and candy for our grandkids! They truly care about making your stay a great one!!

We love Royal Garden’s location and how friendly everyone who works there and the guests were that we met! We needed more towels, and the property owner promptly delivered them to us. The unit was very nicely decorated, with all of the essentials provided. Would return for sure!

Great location and view

Perfect layout for a family of 5 and beautiful corner balxony view of the ocean. Floors were a bit dirty. Wouldn’t recommend walking on them barefooted and the countertops had smudges and dirt in some places. Otherwise, the rest of the condo was clean, including beds, and furniture. Would stay again! Just recommend mopping when you get there and wiping down countertops one time for good measure.

It is what it is

Get rid of the crap router for wifi and save yourself $10. The condo was nice. Big enough to accommodate 6 people and not be on top of each other. The balcony is nice with good views of the ocean. The wifi was not good and the tv was kinda a pain in the ass to turn on but you're at the beach so go outside.
