The nautical decor of this newly renovated beachside condo will put you in the mood instantly to enjoy your Marco Island vaction. This condo is just what you need for your perfect vacation getaway! Enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai watching the dolphins play as you take in the serenity of the beautiful Gulf waters and the nightly sunsets are sure to take your breath away! This condo features all new furniture, appliances, electronics, full size washer/dryer, deck furniture, etc. Fully stocked with beach equipment including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, beach tent, games, etc. Children friendly, this condo comes with beach friendly stroller and PacNPlay. Enjoy the fully equipped amenities: including 2 bikes, beach chairs, beach wagon, tennis and pickle ball equipment, coolers, umbrellas and more!

Our association allows 5 in all of our association's 2br units. Our master br has a brand new luxurious king size bed and the 2nd br has brand new full and twin beds. We also have a high quality air mattress - queen size along with a battery powered air pump.

Please also note that our association requires an application process for your registration ($150 fee). We also require a 5 day advance notice for bookings.

Mother and Daughter week at the Beach

Enjoyed our stay at Somerset Condo's and Marco Island. Overall very nice property and well taken care of by property managers. Would definitely stay there again. The weather was great and the sunsets spectacular.

Perfect getaway
