Great spot when going to a CU game! This is a private, ground floor of a home. Perfect for two, your living area contains a wall-mounted smart TV, a desk/ table, recliner, wicker chair, amenities (like beach towels, shampoo, books, and more). The kitchenette has a sink, small frig, microwave, coffee maker and toaster (no stove/oven). The bedroom has a Q bed and the newly remodeled bathroom has a walk-in shower with rain head. ?The couch turns into a comfortable and adjustable Q bed if needed.) Enjoy the home, deck or sandy beach - or Boulder Canyon and nearby Nederland, or the beautiful town of Boulder - all within minutes. You can easily walk to town or across the street to the park to hop on the 7.5 m Boulder Creek Path and go further up into the mountains or down into town to Boulder's famous Pearl Street.
