This meticulously maintained home has an expansive and beautifully landscaped lawn for games and relaxation. The rear patio will be newly expanded for 2023 with a larger bluestone patio and fire pit for a greater outdoor living and dining experience.

We'd encourage you to walk across Shore Road a short way to Claflin Landing (2/10mi) for a day in the sun or to the Chatham Fish Pier (1/10mi) to watch the Chatham fleet land its daily catch. Also, a great spot from to 'catch' a look at the local wildlife, specifically gray and harbor seals. The fish pier market is a great opportunity shop from the freshest seafood ready for the grill or already prepared specialties. Located on the first fairway of Chatham Seaside Links and only steps away from the first tee. A 3 minute walk brings you to internationally renowned Chatham Bars Inn. Enjoy drinks on their porch; a gourmet meal; or, a relaxing spa treatment.

A gem in Chatham

We loved this house. It has a ton of classic charm and character, while being super clean and having modern bathrooms. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook meals in (for a group of 9) most nights. The front lawn was awesome for the kids to run around. Having two bedrooms in the basement (a queen and two twins) worked out well for our group so the family with young kids had extra space and privacy down there while the others stayed in the three (admittedly nicer) bedrooms upstairs. The location is right across from the fish pier, an easy walk to town (we did it daily), and great for a jog down beautiful Shore Rd. It’s a short drive (although not walkable) to several nice beaches where we had to pay for parking, but didn’t have a problem finding a spot. We had the most wonderful week and would definitely stay here again!
