Other things to note
We’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize between reservations. We kindly ask our guests to enjoy and treat our house with the same love and respect as their own home. The towels belong to our property, not the resort. Remember to always bring any towel back from the pool. As per HOA rules, all present and future guests there is no smoking or pets allowed inside the house.

We provide extra toilet paper rolls, paper towel, trash bags, laundry detergent, liquid dish soap, and some dishwasher detergent for the machine and Coffee supplies. In addition, each bathroom also has Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Hand Soap and Hair Dryer for your use.

One hallway closet is locked for Owner's use. There are plenty of closet space in each bedroom for guests use. The door lock on the front door is a smart lock that requires a unique code to be entered. Each guest is provided with a temporary unique code that will remain active for the duration of their stay. Any issues with the lock, please contact me right away.

Please note that a valid document will be needed to access the resort by security. They will also check the number of guests listened in the booking matches, so please be as specific as possible.
