The place was ok. Lots of stairs. Floors were dirty. A long way to the beach. Pool was nice though.

Very relaxing

We liked the house a lot! It’s a quit neighborhood which we loved. Being so close to the gym and pool was nice. But the best part I think is sitting on the second or third story porch to see the deer walk through the park and see the awesome sunsets every evening. If this neighborhood had a beach access through the state park, it would be amazing! Other than that everything was great!

Paridise

Perfect peaceful location just what was needed. Excellent property on 30A without the traffic and crowds. Enjoyed the 1,000 acre Top Sail State park with its uncrowded 3.5 mile long pristine beach the property overlooked and has a view to Gulf of Mexico too. Four bikes to tour the area were included couldn’t have been any better. Charlie V
