***PLEASE NOTE THIS PROPERTY IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR WEEKEND (FRIDAY-SUNDAY) RENTALS ONLY AS THERE IS CONSTRUCTION BEING DONE ON THE BUILDING MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 9 AM TO 5 PM.

The Capri has some wonderful amenities to help make your stay even more enjoyable. You'll have access to a lighted indoor pool (open year-round), exercise room, sauna, tennis court, indoor basketball court and even a game room! The building is also convenient to restaurants, shopping, entertainment and events at North Side Park.

This fabulous condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can sleep 6. The master bedroom has a King size bed, full bath and a TV. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, a traditional 2 Twin bunk bed and a TV. The second bedroom has access to the full bath directly across the hall. You'll have a fully stocked kitchen for those nights that you want to stay and cook at home. There is also a washer/dryer in the room for guest use. The renovation of this condo includes a comfortable dining table and chairs as well as a separate multi-functional space that can be used for additional dining or a Wi-Fi equipped workspace, perfect for those of you that may need to "work from home".

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A $75 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit and building.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* This condo is on the 9th floor. Capri is an elevator building.
* The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 110th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! It was beautiful with breathtaking views and plenty of room for our family of 5. Any issues we had the host/management were very responsive and extremely nice. The cleaning was overall good but did miss some things and especially under furniture (we did clean up a lot of that though). I would definitely recommend staying here again. The hotel pool was big and never crowded. The parking spot we got was easy to park in and the hotel staff were nice. The kitchen was very well stocked as well. Thank you!!

The view of the beach was fantastic. Actually hypnotic! Perfectly located to do everything we wanted within short distance. Short of being on the beach itself, you couldn’t get any closer.

One of the best rentals we’ve stayed in in the area. Easy to access, easy parking, well-stocked kitchen, comfy seating, amaaaazing views, and steps to the beach. We were so sad to leave. We were here during the “off-season” so can’t attest to the activity levels and noise in the building.

The unit has a very well stocked kitchen. This is the second time we have stayed there and we love the views. Those chairs in the window are perfection and we love to sit there and read for hours.

Great stay for a family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great place to vacation! The condo has an amazing view and was very comfortable, with plenty of space for our family. The indoor amenities (pool, basketball court, game room) were excellent features, especially with some colder weather at the start of our stay. The only negative was that my daughter's wheelchair did not fit in the bathrooms (this is an older building, built before the days of ADA standards), but otherwise the property was accessible. We also found some of the rooms colder than others with the placement of air conditioning vents. Overall though it was a great place to stay with excellent beach access.
