The house was mostly great. Very architecturally eclectic in the best way possible! You can tell the owner takes pride in their restoration work and the details. The outdoor spaces, the short walk the beach, and the beach access were amazing. The owner needs to work on a couple of details but nothing major. Response from Bluewater was disappointing. We had an unfortunate incident caused by the guests who stayed the week before us. We were very responsive in getting right back to Bluewater and opening the house for them to rectify the incident; however, Bluewater did not return our calls two days later.

As for the issues you encountered, we truly apologize for the incident caused by the previous guests. We strive to provide a seamless experience for all our guests, and we regret that our response did not meet your expectations.
