Access to gated community- limited to registered guests. Full kitchen with new appliances and fully stocked for cooking. BBQ and patio furniture. Free parking for 1 car. No street parking. Less than 2 miles to world famous Salt Creek Beach and Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort. A few miles South of Laguna Beach and 3 miles from Historic Mission San Juan Capistrano. House is close to restaurants and dining, parks, arts and culture, resorts and golf courses. You’ll love the location, the peace and quiet and comfort. Great accommodations for couples, business travelers, and families (with older children).
