Come appreciate all the beauty of Boyd Lake. Whether it is boating, jumping off the dock, relaxing with a good book, swimming, kayaking, reconnecting with friends and family or simply just being at peace, this house will make any vacation memorable. It rests on a double lot, has tons of privacy, and plenty of space to play on land or in the water. Enjoy stunning lake views from the deck, kitchen, den and dining room. At night, warm up by the wood stove inside or start a campfire outside.

Three queen beds, with a master downstairs
One full bathroom with shower/tub
One queen loft bedroom upstairs with a TV
One queen bedroom upstairs (more private, four walls)

Brand new kitchen; all cabinets and stainless steel appliances are brand new
Washer and Dryer, dishwasher
TV downstairs
Internet included
Outdoor wrap around deck looking at the lake
Blinds/curtains for privacy
All beds, bedding, blankets, sheets, plates, cutlery, glassware, towels, and many more accessories are brand new
Four Kayaks are guaranteed
Enjoy the outdoor area with a firepit (doubles as a grill) and lawn chairs
Private dock on site; boats are welcome
Be at ease with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and carbon monoxide detectors
Motorboats and jet skis are welcome on the lake
Local ATV and snowmobile trails nearby.

This is a primary residence. Please message me about potential bookings and dates as I am flexible, I just need several days notice to make sure the house is ready to be used as a rental.

Early check in is available on request and we will do our best to accommodate when we can.

**We do keep the road plowed for guests during the winter months, but do not advise booking unless you have a truck with four wheel drive during winter**

**The lake is great for snow mobiles in Jan/Feb/March after the lake is thoroughly frozen. We are close to many trails that have easy access from this area, some can be accessed directly from the lake **
